R.C. Chandiwala was Graduate from Allahabad University, Post graduate from Delhi University & qualified C.A. in 1971. Since then he was continue practice in Delhi. Had a vast & rich experience of Statutory Audit of companies / Govt. companies / PSU / Nationalised Banks / Cooperative societies etc. Also had a rich experience in Taxation & Financial matters. He was Central Council member of the ICAI (Govt.Nominee) and also was director of the Corporation Bank nominated by the Govt. of India.

Mr. B.L. Virmani

B. L. Virmani is a fellow member of the The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.Qualified in 1964, in practice since qualified.Graduate from Dehradun in 1959. Have a vast & rich experience of Statutory Audit of companies / PSU / Nationalised Banks / Cooperative societies etc. Also have a rich experience in Income tax/Sales Tax & Financial matters. He is the free massion and presently honorary grand tresurar of Grand Lodge of India.

Mr. Bharat Bhushan Jain

Bharat Bhushan Jain is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India qualified in 1988. Have a vast & rich experience of Direct Tax planning, Company Law Matters, information system audit and Statutory/ Internal/ Concurrent Audit of Banks/Co-operative Socities Trust etc. He has also qualified DISA,FAFD and CAAT from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & is Ex-independent director of the Garden Reach ship Builders & Engineers LTD -A Public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Defence nominated by the Govt. of India

Mr. Ashish Kumar Agarwal

Ashish Kumar Agarwal is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & Rank holder in C.A. in 2001. Have a rich experience in direct taxes/Indirect Taxes / Statutory & Internal Audit of Companies / Firms / Banks / Trust etc. He is certified insolvency professional & also qualified as peer reviwer of ICAI & has also experience in IND AS.

Mr. Naveen Chand Jain

Naveen is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified in 1998 and in practice since 2015. He has more than 13 years’ industry experience in risk based concurrent audit, internal audit, IS audit. He has also experience Statutory & Internal Audit of Companies / Firms / Banks / Trust. He has also passed certified information system auditor(CISA), Certified internal auditor(CIA) and Certified financial services Auditor(CFSA) examinations.
